Great and friendly service. The rooms were clean and the onsen was great. It is an artificial one, but still great nonetheless. The best thing is the location. It is so near Hiroshima station. We could easily get to Miyayima and Iwakuni from there for our day trips. At the Hiroshima station you can also find a bunch of great restaurants.

Our family of three (2 adults + kid) had a fantastic stay. The location is a huge plus – it's right by the Shinkansen station, which made our arrival and departure incredibly smooth. The station is also full of great restaurants and shops, which was super convenient after a long day of sightseeing. We enjoyed the walk to the Peace Park, which took us about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well-cared-for. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, friendly, and happy to help. We booked a single room, which was compact but perfectly adequate for our needs. Since we were out exploring all day, we just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep, and it delivered exactly that. One thing to note is that the room is definitely on the smaller side. We travel light, so it wasn't an issue for us, but if you have a lot of luggage, you might struggle to find space to open a large suitcase. For those travelers, booking a larger room would be a good idea. Overall, the Via Inn Prime offers excellent value for money. We couldn't have asked for a better, more convenient spot for our Hiroshima adventures. Highly recommended!

Great location close to the train station. Lovely, helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us when we had questions about the area. We had booked an accessible room but there was a bit of a mixup when we arrived and they had us booked into a regular room. The staff were wonderful and changed the booking so that we had the room we originally booked, which was very comfortable. We often ate at the cafe downstairs and befriended some of the staff who were very happy to practice their english with us. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Our stay at Via Inn - Hiroshima was fantastic! Staff were helpful and friendly. They stored our bags since we arrived before checkin, which let us explore the city unencumbered. The room itself was comparable in size to US hotel rooms that we are used to, but with far more included amenities. The bidet toilet and shower were separated by a door inside the bathroom, and both rooms were not cramped as they could have been. Complementary lounge wear was provided. A public bath was available on the 10th floor for traveller's interested in that experience. The location of this hotel right next to the shinkansen station and bus station was so convenient for us to get around. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stylish for a business hotel. Decent soundproofing. Five minutes walk to the station, so convenient for a one night stay. Good value (if you can get a good deal). Staff were pleasant and efficient.

- Toilet separate from bathing area, with the shower separated from the tub. - The table where two people could sit. - The ability to check laundry via the television. - The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Loved the location (right next to train station-perfect for travelling in and out of Hiroshima, including to Miyajima island), loved the spacious room, the helpful staff, the gorgeous onsen! Cannot fault anything at all!. I can highly recommend this super hotel!

Hotel is on the other side of the railway station. To get to the Peace Park etc, one will have to go through the busy station. However Construction going on the street car side of the station making it very chaotic, so it is better to stay on this side where the hotel is located. My room has view of the shinkansen track but don't get the noise. Hotel has a spacious lobby lounge area to hang out. All the dining outlets at the railway station is just 5 minutes walk away, so very convenient but they are extremely busy especially when baseball games are on at the nearby stadium

The hotel is right next to the main railway station with access to the train and the town loop tourist buses. There are a few food places opposite and a supermarket. The room was very comfortable and much bigger than other hotels in Japan where we had stayed. There was a roomy seating area which was great for meals we had in our room and we were not tripping over suitcases. I like that more hotels are not using individual toiletries but even more that they have a selection of extras, such as toothbrushes, cottonbuds, coffee etc downstairs that you can grab if you need them, rather that have them cluttering up compact Japanese bathrooms.
